GKN Driveline Benelux receives GAU Netherlands’ “Supplier of the Year” Award
During the “Supplier of the Year” election at this year’s Group Auto Union Congress, the members of Group Auto Union Nederland nominated GKN Service Benelux for the three best suppliers.
“We are very proud of finally having received the 2nd price out of 28 suppliers” says Roland van Loenen, Key Account Manager Buying Groups.
GROUP AUTO UNION (GAU) is a network of multispecialists for the distribution of spare parts and services for cars, trucks and agricultural materials. GKN Service Benelux has been working together with the GAU Netherlands members for quite a long time. It had started already with Incam, Hans Wegerif, many years ago. “We believed in the concept he offered: regional wholesalers working together with OE suppliers to explore the IAM market opportunities” says Roland van Loenen. Later, Incam joined Group Auto Union International. “Now years later, we are proud and happy that GAU members do recognize and respect our effort. This will encourage us to proceed in an 'Expect More' way.” GKN’s goal is customer satisfaction: to exceed customers’ expectations on product quality, program, logistics, service degree and sales and marketing performance. GKN Service Benelux will go for the first price next time.
