Customer Conference 2010

16 people from 8 major customer companies attended the conference. With this activity AMS took the opportunity to thank the customers for the good cooperation and excellent sales result in 2010. It also provided a good platform for GKN staff to openly discuss improvements of the cooperation with the customers.

During the conference,

1. Mr. Phil Limbach, Director of Sales, and Mr. Peter Zhou, Sales Manager China presented market updates;
2. Mr. Patrick Mu, Product and Marketing Manager China, presented new product development, information on TecDoc and marketing support to the customers;
3. Mr. Stefan Magirius, President of GKN China, introduced GKN history, global operations and activities in China;
4. Mr. Raimund Von Fransecky, Commercial and Marketing Director, delivered a speech to say thank-you to all the customers and introduced the latest organisational changes of AMS China.  Mr. Von Fransecky also presented the License Certificate of the year 2011 to each customer.
5. Group discussion was organized for customers and GKN staff to communicate openly and freely in order to improve the cooperation in the future.

After the meetings, customers were invited to join activities in Nantian Hot Spring and Wu Zhi Zhou Island.
